      I'm a business owner / director and I need to verify my identity, what do I do?

      A step by step for how to verify your identity as part of the Paytron onboarding process

      Why do I need to verify my identity?

      You will need to provide your identification when signing up to ensure that someone is not signing up, pretending to be you. This also allows us to verify that ownership and controller information held on public registers is up to date.

      Who needs to do it?

      All ultimate beneficial owners who individually own 25% of your company or more need to complete a digital identity verification. If no person owns 25% or more, it must be completed by the company directors instead.

      Step 1.     During the onboarding flow, there is a step called "ID verification". 
      If you have past the onboarding process, proceed with steps here 

      Step 2.    If you are required to verify yourself > Click "Verify your identity


      Step 2.   a Colleague > Click " Invite a colleague to verify themselves " 
      A link will be generated, Copy the link and send to your colleague to have themselves verified 

       

       

      Verification process via secure link 

      Step 3.   Complete user identification information and click Next

       Step 4.   Input Date of Birth and click Next

      Step 5.   Input Address information and click Next

      Step 6.   Review user information and Click Next

      Step 7.   Scan the QR code with your phone

      Step 8.   Proceed with identification on your mobile
       Once completed, proceed back to the Paytron system
       
      Step 9.   Click on Submit verification  
      Click on Submit verification
       
       
      Step 10.   One of our customer service representatives will review your ID and will reach out within 48 hours if they require an additional information.
