When can I make my first payment?

Before making your first payment your account application will need to go through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process and is subject to approval by our Compliance team. Once your application has successfully completed KYC, you’ll receive a Welcome email to the registered email with all the necessary information.

To make your first payment from your new Business account you’ll need to select how you want to fund by depositing funds to your Business account by bank transfer, direct debit from your AUD bank account, or credit card.
