I'm going overseas on a business trip, what do I need to do?

At the point when your business signs up for Paytron cards, you're asked to list any international destinations where your team regularly travels for business purposes. If you're travelling to one of these accepted destinations, you shouldn't encounter any challenges.

We do still recommend that you reach out to the Paytron support team to give us a warning ahead of time.

If we pick up any suspicious travel patterns that might indicate fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to temporarily lock the card until we contact you to confirm that the spend was valid.
