I'm an Incorporated Institution, what information do i need to provide with my application.

When signing up to Paytron, it’s important for us to understand who we are working with. For us to complete our due diligence, we are required to obtain certain documents from you. These are outlined in this article.

  • Full name as registered with ASIC,
  • Full address of the registered office, (No PO Boxes)
  • Full address of the principal place of business if different,
  • Registered company number, e.g. ACN or ABN
  • A copy of the constitution (if applicable)
  • A copy of the minutes from a meeting (if applicable)
  • Tax ID if foreign company
  • Full names, residential addresses and dates of birth of the Secretary, Treasurer and Public Officer (eg, CEO, Chair)

 

Electronic verification is required for two of the main controllers eg. CEO, Treasurer, Secretary

This can be with a

  • Passport
  • Driver’s License or
  • Applicable ID for your country
