I'm a Trust, what information do i need to provide with my application.

When signing up to Paytron, it’s important for us to understand who we are working with. For us to complete our due diligence, we are required to obtain certain documents from you. These are outlined in this article.

  • Full Name of Company/Trust
  • Full name of Trustee(s) and, if a corporate, the ACN and registered business address
  • Full address of the registered office (No PO Boxes)
  • Registered company number, e.g. ACN or ABN
  • Certified Original up to date copy of the Trust deed showing the beneficiaries and the Trustee
  • Full names, residential addresses and dates of birth of the Trustee (if an individual and beneficiaries with 25% or more of the entitlements of the Trust (unless these are minors)

 

Electronic verification is required for all beneficiaries with 25% or more of the

This can be with a

  • Passport
  • Driver’s License or
  • Applicable ID for your country
  • If the Trustee(s) is/are individuals, Electronic verification is required.
  • If beneficiaries are overseas, their Tax IDs
