When signing up to Paytron, it’s important for us to understand who we are working with. For us to complete our due diligence, we are required to obtain certain documents from you. These are outlined in this article.

Full company name as registered with ASIC
Full address of the registered office (No PO Boxes)
Full address of the principal place of business if different
Registered company number, e.g. ACN or ABN
Certified Company certificate of incorporation or registration and shareholder register if a foreign company
Full names, residential addresses and dates of birth of the UBOs or controllers

Electronic verification is required for the beneficial owners (or controllers if less than 25% shareholding) of the business
