When signing up to Paytron, it’s important for us to understand who we are working with. For us to complete our due diligence, we are required to obtain certain documents from you. These are outlined in this article.
- Full name of the Partnership,
- Full business name, if any, of the Partnership,
- Registered business address of the Partnership (No PO Boxes)
- The country in which the Partnership was established,
- The full name, DOB and residential address of each partner,
- Full name names of verifying officers, position titles, their signatures and authorisation document (e.g. delegated authorities)
- A copy of the Partnership Agreement (Translated to English) if available
- A certified true copy or extract of the minutes of a Partnership meeting,
- Reliable and independent documents or electronic data, sufficient to verify the Partnership details

- Applicable ID for your country
