How do I use direct debit with a payment?

When making a payment you will be provided with the option ‘How do you want to fund this transaction.’ Simply click on “Direct Debit” as the funding option. You will be asked to put your bank account details for direct debit.

NOTE:

• You can only choose direct debit for a payment 3 business days in advance

• If you schedule a payment, the direct debit will come out 3 business days before the scheduled payment date.
