How do I transfer account ownership?

Transferring the ownership of an account is easy.

• Log into Paytron

• Click on “Setup” from the left sidebar menu

• Click on “Account” from the dropdown menu.

• Click “Edit” on the Account Owner widget.

• Select “new account owner” from the dropdown menu.

• Select a role to assign yourself a new role from the dropdown menu.

• Click “Transfer”.

Note:

• You will only see account information if you are an owner of a business

• Ensure to invite the new Owner before changing ownership, as they will be to be an option in the dropdown menu.
