How do I lock my card?

Unsure about a transaction on your card, temporarily lock your card while you investigate.

Through the mobile app

• Log on securely to the Paytron mobile app
• Click on the card symbol at bottom of screen 
• Locate card
• Click on lock card

Your card is now locked

Through the web app

• Log in securely to the web app
• Click on cards TAB
• Click on your card
• Locate card
• Click on lock under your card details

Your card is now locked
