How do I delete a payment that’s been processed?

Once a payment has moved to inflight and done, we are unable to delete a payment. Paytron has already sent this payment to the beneficiary. 

You can, however, delete a payment if it has a status of Scheduled or awaiting funds:

  • Log into Paytron

  • Click the Payment tab from the left sidebar menu.

  • Locate payment.

  • Click on the 3 vertical lines icon to the left of the payment.

  • Click “Delete”.
